Ingredients
Cake
- 03 medium carrots
- 03 eggs
- 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 01 tea cup of oil
- 02 cup of all-purpose wheat flour Tin Tin
- 01 soupspoon of baking powder
Chocolate Icing
- 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 03 soupspoon of cocoa powder (50%)
- 01 soupspoon of butter
Condensed Milk Icing
- ½ soupspoon of butter
- 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 01 can of cream milk
Preparation
Cake
- Wash, peel and chop the three carrots.
- Add the carrots, oil, eggs and condensed milk to the blender. Beat for approximately 3 – 4 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl and gradually add the all-purpose wheat flour Tin Tin, mix thoroughly with a spoon.
- When the dough is homogeneous and less liquid, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the cake batter as you like and put it in a preheated oven at 180º for 45 minutes.
Both Icing
- Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over high heat.
- Stir for 7 – 10 minutes.
