  • 03 medium carrots
  • 03 eggs
  • 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 01 tea cup of oil
  • 02 cup of all-purpose wheat flour Tin Tin
  • 01 soupspoon of baking powder

Chocolate Icing

  • 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 03 soupspoon of cocoa powder (50%)
  • 01 soupspoon of butter

Condensed Milk Icing

  • ½ soupspoon of butter
  • 01 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 01 can of cream milk



  1. Wash, peel and chop the three carrots.
  2. Add the carrots, oil, eggs and condensed milk to the blender. Beat for approximately 3 – 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl and gradually add the all-purpose wheat flour Tin Tin, mix thoroughly with a spoon.
  4. When the dough is homogeneous and less liquid, add the baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour the cake batter as you like and put it in a preheated oven at 180º for 45 minutes.

Both Icing

  • Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over high heat.
  • Stir for 7 – 10 minutes.
