The spaghetti you won’t forget: baked spaghetti recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g of Nooma Spaghetti
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 06 cloves of garlic
  • 01 medium onion
  • Salt and seasoning to taste
  • Chopped olives
  • 01 can of tomato sauce
  • 02 tomatoes
  • 200g of mozzarella cheese
  • 200g of ham
  • 100g of parmesan cheese

Preparation (Pasta)

  1. Heat 1 L of water until it boils.
  2. Add a spoon of salt, a bit of oil and 500 g of Nooma Spahetti to the boiling water and cook over medium heat until it’s al dente.
  3. As soon as the pasta is ready (6 – 8 minutes), drain the water.

Preparation (Meat)

  1. In a pan add oil, garlic and onion and let it until becames a little brown.
  2. Add the ground beef, the olives, the salt and the seasonings to taste.
  3. Cook for approximately 20 min and set aside.

Preparation (Sauce)

For Assembly

  1. In a glass dish place all the spaghetti, the meat on top and then the sauce well distributed.
  2. Mix the three using two big spoons.
  3. Add the ham, the mozzarella and parmesan cheese (in this sequence).
  4. Put the tomato slices to decorate.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until brown.
